*TUESDAY NOGI – 12pm to 1:15pm / 6:20pm to 7pm / 7pm to 8:20pm
WEDNESDAY - 6:20AM to 7:30am / 12pm to 1:15pm / 6:20pm to 7:45pm
*THURSDAY NOGI - 12pm to 1:15pm / 6:20pm to 7:45pm
FRIDAY - 6:20am to 7:30am / 12pm to 1:15pm / 6:20pm to 7:45pm
