*TUESDAY NOGI – 11am to 12:15pm / 6:20pm to 7pm / 7pm to 8:20pm
WEDNESDAY - 6:20AM to 7:30am / 11am to 12:15pm / 6:20pm to 7:45pm
*THURSDAY NOGI - 11am to 12:15pm / 6:20pm to 7:45pm
FRIDAY - 6:20am to 7:30am / 11am to 12:15pm / 6:00pm to 7:25pm 
SATURDAY – 11am (NOGI CLASS every first Saturday of the month)
