I recently had the amazing opportunity to attend a 4 day BJJ camp with Professor Carlos Santos. The instruction I received was exceptional. Professor Carlos broke down the movements and explained them in a way that was easy to understand. The classes were fun, yet structured and very thorough, which made for an optimal learning environment. The end resulting in clarity and retention of technique. Incredible gym!!!!! The level of instruction is superb (as expected from two world champions) and I consider myself incredibly lucky to be able to roll with them every single lesson! My technique is improving so quickly and I keep surprising myself both in competition and when rolling with students from other schools.They have a really nice kids BJJ program and it's awesome to see both instructors' kids also training in the same gym! I absolutely recommend First BJJ. If you want to improve your game 10-fold, it's the place to train.

Professors Carlos Santos & Suyan Querioz are the real deal. Their records and long list of accomplishments within the sport speak for themselves. My daughter's take the kids' Brazilian jiu jitsu program and thir skill set has grown so much. The instructors are great with the kids, too - they are very good at balancing drills with fun to keep the younger set interested. When you come here, you are treated like family. I love this BJJ school!

This is the absolute place to learn Brazilian Jui-Jitsu! The instructor are phenomenal BJJ practitioners.World Champion Bjj competitors as well. They have a wonderful kids class and adults. I'm very happy with my instruction. If you want to be the best! This is the place to be!

If you want to train Jiu-Jitsu this should be the place. I have been training with the First BJJ team for a few months and I love it. These guys are like family and treat everyone with respect. I actually enrolled my daughter because I thought she could use some of the skills. Not only self defense but being a good person as well.
